The Farmhouse
Built in 1865, Upper Letton Farmhouse is a perfect example of Victorian architecture, with large, spacious rooms and high ceilings. It sits, surrounded by gardens and pasture land and enjoys an amazing panorama.
The bedrooms, which are all on the first floor, are large, light and airy with wonderful views from every window.
Breakfast is served in the bright, spacious dining room where, in the winter guests are greeted by a roaring log fire or perhaps in the warmer summer months take a leisurely breakfast outside on the lawn whilst soaking up the morning sun and taking in the views across the Wigmore Rolls.
The gardens are the perfect place to sit and relax on a warm summer evening, enjoying the peace and quiet
after spending a busy day visiting the myriad of attractions which the area has to offer.
Adrian & Sally are always on hand to help with recommendations on where to go, places to visit and suggestions on where to dine, there are several fabulous pubs and restaurants within an easy 20 minute drive.

We offer our Farmhouse guests a warm homely atmosphere. A place to totally relax and unwind and for just a moment in time, the chance to switch off from the hurly burly of a hectic, modern world.
BEDROOMS
We have two rooms available both of which are large, comfortable, dual aspect rooms. They are decorated in calming pastel shades and each room has views over the surrounding stunningly beautiful countryside.
Both rooms have flat screen television including built-in DVD player and satellite reception, hairdryer, mini fridge, information folder and complimentary refreshments tray which includes a selection of complimentary teas, herbal teas, coffee, hot chocolate, a selection of biscuits and a “few little extras”. The mini fridges are stocked with bottles of Mineral Water and Fresh Milk.
Each room has a magnifying make-up mirror. Extra pillows and blankets are available in the wardrobes and in the bathrooms you will find heated towel rails, fluffy bath, hand and face towels and luxurious toiletries.
Everything you will need to make your stay with us as comfortable and relaxing as possible.
The Meadow Suite
The Meadow suite comprises a large Bedroom with dual aspect windows, En-suite Bathroom and adjoining private Sitting Room with picture window.
The large, light, airy Bedroom features a large King Size sleigh bed with sumptuous deep pocket sprung memory foam mattress, 2 comfortable armchairs, wardrobe, dressing table and full length mirror.
The Sitting room comprises a comfortable settee, a side table with a selection of magazines and a dining table and chairs with well stocked complimentary refreshments tray.
The Apple Room
The Apple Room is a large bright and airy bedroom with dual aspect windows and luxurious en-suite bathroom.
The Bedroom features a Double Size bed with sumptuous deep pocket sprung memory foam mattress, 2 comfortable armchairs, a side table with a selection of magazines, a built-in wardrobe, dressing table and chest of draws with complimentary refreshment tray.
The spacious en-suite Bathroom has a separate walk-in shower as well as a bath.
Dining Room
The Breakfast Room is tastefully decorated with individual tables for each bedroom.
Breakfast is an extensive Continental style buffet, with Fruit Juices, Cereals, Fresh Fruit Salad, Yoghurts, a selection of Breads, Pastries, Croissants and Muffins. A choice of Teas, Coffees and Hot Chocolate is served.
Please Note: In these days of ever increasing prices, we have taken the difficult decision to not offer a cooked breakfast in order to keep our room rates at a minimum for our valued guests.
