The Granary
Upper Letton Farm Granary conversion consists of a charming pair of semi-detached one bedroomed cottages, The Mill Granary and Scots Granary, resting on farmland amidst the beautiful countryside on the Shropshire and Herefordshire border. Our Holiday Cottages offer sheltered, off-road parking, several outside seating areas, breakfast/dining area in the undercroft as well as dog-friendly accommodation which enjoys stunning rural views and features rustic touches throughout, including exposed beams. The properties also enjoy access to a choice of walking trails which span across the surrounding fields and forestry with plenty of opportunity to enjoy a pub lunch en-route. The surrounding area offers an abundance of National Trust and English Heritage properties,
There are several renowned Gardens to visit within easy reach as well as Golf, Fishing and even a Rally Driving School. When it comes to dining out, at 2 miles away The Royal George is your closest pub, serving up wholesome meals and crisp ale, however, travel the 3 miles to Leintwardine to find more amenities in one handy location, including another two delightful pubs and a general store selling essentials.
Although Scots and The Mill Granary are separate cottages they can be booked together.
Scots Granary
Boasting amazing views throughout, as well as access to ample countryside walks, Scots Granary is the perfect base for a couple's romantic getaway.
Sheltered off-road parking welcomes you upon arrival, so you can unload your belongings and get your break started with ease.
Entering through the front door you will be met by a spacious hall leading to a utility/boot room and downstairs cloakroom. Upstairs, on the first floor you will find the spacious open plan well equipped kitchen/dining/sitting room. Being on the first floor the views from these windows are spectacular.
We provide an O.S. Map of the area and Binoculars to use when watching the Red Kites or Buzzards flying overhead.
The bookcase is stocked with a choice of books, jigsaw puzzles, board games and playing cards and the Information Folder is full of useful information about Scots Granary, the area, places to go, things to see and do and where to go if you wish to dine out. In the kitchen you will find a Welcome Hamper with the essentials and a few little extras.
There is a woodburner to snuggle down in front of for the colder weather.
You have a delightful king-size bedroom, which also offers wonderful views of the surrounding fields; and an en-suite bathroom, for added convenience.

Mill Granary
The Mill Granary enjoys a great location surrounded by countryside, so couples will have plenty of options for rural walks or just relaxing out in the sun.
Upon arrival, you'll be pleased to find sheltered off-road parking, so you can unpack and get settled in without any stress.
Make your way inside to be welcomed by a spacious hall, utility/boot room and downstairs cloakroom.
The first floor boasts an open-plan well equipped kitchen/dining/sitting room, which not only encompasses those panoramic views of the country but offers charming features throughout, including rustic beams.
Unwind in the sitting area as you warm your toes by the logburner.
The Mill Granary is furnished with a well stocked bookcase. You will find a choice of books, board games jigsaw puzzles and playing cards as well as an Information Folder bursting with ideas on where to go, things to do and see, places of interest to visit and information about dining out. We also provide you with a Welcome Hamper with the essentials and a few little extras.
You will also find an O.S. Map of the area and a pair of Binoculars for your use during your stay.
There is a gorgeous king-size bedroom, a space which also enjoys lovely views whilst benefiting from a fabulous en-suite bathroom.
